About Me

Meet Ric Fletcher

For over 20 years, I built my career in corporate fundraising. On the outside, I was successful, but inside I knew something was missing.


In 2019, I stepped away to reset. Traveling through Vietnam, Armenia, Georgia, and Turkey, I found myself at a quiet fountain in Armenia, reflecting with an old friend. Watching the water flow freely, I realised life isn’t meant to be lived waiting for the perfect moment. Growth comes from clarity, alignment, and movement.


That insight became the foundation of my coaching. Today, I help leaders find their own “fountain moment”, the shift that reminds them they can grow, lead, and thrive without losing themselves in the process.
