Assessment & Form Data (via Tally)

When you complete an assessment or embedded form, I may collect:

  • Company name

  • Email address

  • All answers you provide on the assessment form


Messages

  • Any information you submit through my contact form or WhatsApp bot.


Newsletter & Marketing Data (via Mailchimp)

  • Name and email address when signing up for newsletters or receiving resources.


Discovery Call Information

When booking a consultation, I may collect:

  • Your job role

  • Time in your role

  • Country of residence

  • A brief description of your leadership challenges


Analytics Data

  • Website interactions, traffic, clicks, device information, and usage patterns

  • Through Framer’s built-in analytics and Google Analytics (with user consent)
    This data is aggregated and does not typically identify you directly.

I collect data through:

  • Forms on my website (newsletter signup, assessment forms, ebook downloads, discovery call booking)

  • Embedded Tally forms

  • My WhatsApp bot

  • Mailchimp for newsletters and resource delivery

  • Automatically via Framer analytics and Google Analytics (after consent)

4. How I Use Your Data

I use your information to:

  • Deliver ebooks, newsletters, and free resources

  • Communicate and respond to your messages

  • Understand your leadership challenges and prepare for calls

  • Personalize coaching conversations

  • Analyse website activity and improve performance

  • Run advertising and remarketing campaigns

  • Manage newsletters and marketing through Mailchimp

  • Process form submissions through Tally


I do not sell or rent your personal information.

Mailchimp

Processes and stores newsletter subscribers’ names and email addresses. Used for email delivery and marketing automation.


Tally

Processes assessment responses, including names, company names, emails, and your form answers.


WhatsApp

Processes messages exchanged with my WhatsApp bot.


Framer & Google Analytics

Used for hosting and analytics tracking.

Data may be stored on servers outside South Africa, depending on provider infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

I retain information for as long as you remain subscribed, an active lead, or a client — or until you request deletion.


You may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

When you purchase coaching services, payments are processed securely through Paystack, our third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

The information we receive from Paystack may include your name, email address, billing address, and confirmation of payment. We use this information only to:

  • Process and confirm your transaction

  • Issue invoices and receipts

  • Maintain financial records as required by law

  • Provide customer support related to your purchase

We retain payment-related records for as long as necessary to comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
